In-App Feedback

Signed-in users can send product feedback from My > Legal & Support. Feedback is reviewed by DaBid and is not shown back to users after submission.

Reports and Blocks

Use in-app report controls for unsafe listings, prohibited items, suspicious behavior, pickup issues, or account abuse. Reports may trigger automated rechecks and automatic hiding for meaningful risk signals. Use block controls when you no longer want another user to appear in relevant app surfaces.

Account Help

For sign-in issues, deletion questions, export requests, or privacy concerns, include the email address or Google account used for DaBid and a brief description of the issue. In-app account deletion deletes the sign-in account, hides public content, and removes owned listing photos, while limited safety or moderation records may be retained. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government IDs, or sensitive financial information.

Expected Response

DaBid is operated as a small early-stage app. Safety, account access, and privacy requests are prioritized. Routine product feedback may not receive an individual response.
